LC-Series Fast Connecting Conductor
LC-Series is special designed for CNOOC South China Sea platforms.
It is mainly used in the operation of jetting-in application. It includes LC-1,LC-2 and LC-4 and it is composed with high-impact alloy steel.
LC-1 is single-threaded and it takes 6 turns to fully make-up;
LC-2 is double-threaded and it takes 2 turns to fully make-up;
LC-4 is four-threaded with advantage of making up in only 3/2turns.
The four embedded lock device can effectively prevent thread back-off from the impact loads generated during hammer piling operation.
It is widely used in the work of jack-up platforms, drilling ship and offshore jacket platforms.
