Quality Inspector

Main Responsibilities:

•      Ensure that quality of incoming materials, in-process product and outgoing products is compliance with the quality rules by following up the procedure, work instruction and quality flow.

•      Being authorized to make decisions / judgement on quality of material and product.

•      Control nonconforming of materials, product and processes and make relative reporting to supervisor and management

•      Work with Production and Engineering Department on process/quality improvement 

•      Being authorized to do necessary jobs in case department head is unavailable at factory  

•      Take responsibility in general jobs by following requirement of department

Education/Experience:

•     High School Diploma or equivalent

•     Min 2 years quality control experience, experience in plastic industry is a plus

Qualifications/Skills:

•    Basic Computer skills

•    Good eyesight 

•    Strong sense of responsibility 

•    Independent, assertive able to make decisions with little supervision 

•    Familar with API-5CT, API-5B and other thread standard
